Bahut zyada sochna ek personality problem ho sakti hai ya fir anxiety disorder ho sakta hai. Donon hi situation mein ilaaj kiya jaa sakta hai. Ilaaj kai tareeke se ho sakte hein, jaise, counseling, dawai, exercise, yoga aur bhi bahut tareeke se. Par sabse pehle jo hamein pata lagaana yeh hai ki yeh kis vajay se ho raha hai. Aap jab time mile kisi psychiatrist se mile aur poora jaanch teek se karvaye. Take care!
