Anal fissure is a horizontal slit in anal region which get stretched out by hard stool and blood comes out as a single line on the edge of stool, there is excessive burning pain after passing the stool. But I think your condition is of internal piles, in this condition the blood comes out after passing stools, pain may or may not present. Bleeding is more in piles than fissure. and pain is excessive in fissure. consult for any help.
