Sir my problem is my testis are very pain. I recently consult a doctor. He said you are in bilateral Grade-1 varicocele. He see my ultra scanning reports and said. And no evidence of hydrocele in both sides. He said no need to operation for grade-1. But trobuled with pain. Please give me tablet details and precautionary measures for my problem.
