Hi lybrate user, suddenly weight loss is not good for health it may be due to sudden change in daily routine or may be due to change in dietary intake but I think you should go for the consultation with your doctor. Take well balanced diet. Include all the food gruops in your daily meal. avoid outside foods. do regular walk/ exercise.
