Eat a balanced nutritious diet that will support you for your workouts. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. Take sprouts daily. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. Go in for more dals, rajma, kabuli chana. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid fried foods.
