Hello. I am supreme 20 years by now, height 6'1" and weight 64 kg (is my weight is ok), I take food at regular interval and avoid outside food as much as possible but these are not helping me gaining weight. I want to busy myself in studies but all the time I feel tired up and can not concentrate. What should I do? . thanks you for your help madam/sir.

Yes your weight is ideal as per your height. Have healthy snacks like sprouts, chana, buttermilk, lassi, fruits, nuts, oilseeds, fruit milkshake, fruit juice, soup, dry fruits, stew in between main meals. Practice strength exercises like bench press, squats, push ups daily for 30 mins followed by meditation & deep breathing exercises.

Your weight should be around 84 kg as per your height. Eat fruits salad and vegetables as much as possible. Do some exercise and meditation stop thinking unnecessary things. Surely it will work.
