Hye, thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. It is possible that you are not eating the right foods at the right time as needed but crashing your intake too much leading to lowered metabolism and no fat loss. Also actual fat loss does not happen rapidly. Healthy fat loss takes a little time to show on the scale as they are lighter. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Reduce your main meals by 1/4th the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10 minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets or medicines will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

Hi Lybrate User, Never give up on your health quest. If one method is not working try something else. Maybe your diet is not correct. Also maybe your workout is not designed for fat loss. Most gym trainers waste time on unnecessary exercises which don't help in weight loss. Out of 60 mins. .. 40 Mins should do Cardio 10 Mins Abs & Stretches 10 Mins Strength based. dumbells etc ... Cardio means... Treadmill @ Speed 8 or more / Cycling Speed 30+ / Skipping./ Aerobics .. Use Myfitnesspal App and use it to lose weight. You will be able to monitor your diet and exercise accurately. .. There are No supplements or medicines to lose weight.. You will end up wasting lots of money and time on such gimmicks. .. Proper diet + proper exercise is the only way forward.
