I have entered in my 8 month of pregnancy and eating calcium tablet wid vitamin d3 I can not walk too much my back lower bone is paining badly. Why this is happening my baby is ohkk or it is gaining excess weight please tell feeling pain in my lower back .and the tab I am taking is ok for me it is free from fat or not.
