Do walk daily any time ... take plenty of water... avoid sugar , glucose , honey, white rice,white bread,avoid maida products, avoid pumpkin, aarbi , excess salt,excess milk nd products . Take paneer, egg white, brown bread, fresh curd, lemon water. Take flax seeds with luke warm water empty stomach.....have small nd frequent meal.....
