My name is shyamjith. I am very thin. I eat a lote of food but no change in my body. I am 167 cm tall and 46 kg . If there any problem when I take protein supplement .i eat 3-5egg per day no change in my body.

Please do not take so much egg - rather focus on balance diet always Include 1/2 litres of milk and 4 banana, 200 gms of chicken,2 eggs ,nuts in your diet daily and see change in 4-6 weeks

Eat a lot of good things Protein = building block for your muscles Carbs will help you put on weight, but it won’t be muscle Keep track of everything you eat Compound exercises are your friend Appearance is a consequence of fitness Let your muscles rest Sleep Make it part of your routine Realize you will put on some fat U need to take a high protein high calorie diet.
