Hi, Different between whey protein and pre workout And what is better? And side effect of both please suggest me.

A pre workout gives you energy to do intense and hard workout. It acts as a fuel for your body while working out. Whey protein is a post workout thing that should be consumed immediately after workout to help your body get enough protein for building muscles or grow your body in shape and size. There is no side effect of pre or post workout things.
