Maintaing good health is very simple . Our body is the most sophisticated machine and fortunately it is very easy and simple to maintain. Today it has become a big problem to maintain the body ( good health ) because our priorities are not pro-health. It requires a commitment to take good care of our health and also support others to be fit and healthy. The simple tips are - 1) eat healthy ( natural products ). Avoid ( or take minimum ) stimulants like -alcohol , tea or coffee. Completely avoid tobacco . Go for home made food and more of fruits, vegetables and nuts in our daily life. 2) exercise daily ( any sport , yoga , gym etc . Do it with safety . Do some relaxation / meditation .Have regular health check up . 3) sleep well - at least 7-8 hrs sleep . Maintain sleep schedules .This will give proper rest to the body and build the immune system .
