Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products,non veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday

Hello, To increase weight start having fruit juice with your breakfast. Increase you number of meals. Make sure to have milk and milk products. Have curd, fruit and nuts (almonds, walnut, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds) combined as a snack. Have a cup of salad in your main course meals. Non veg should be taken weekly twice. One egg a day is compulsory. Hope this helps you. Stay healthy stay fit?
