I have got probe tenderness in r.i.f. As on my Usg report. Doctor says its appendicitis. I am feeling vomiting tendency with slight backpain on my right abdomen. Is operation required? Is the operation painful? What could be the medicines other than operations?

If the diagnosis is appendicities get laparoscopic apendecectomy done before lump formation.

appendicitis is typically treated with iv antibiotics and surgery after 4-6 wk interval. removal of appendix is a major surgery . you will not feel any pain because of general anaesthesia during surgery. you can treat appendicitis with antibiotics before going for definitive cure by surgery.
