Sir I have got fungal infection in my groin. Because I don't have changed the underwear for 5 days because of some reason so. Firstly it appears rashes but I don't notice that .but then my skin starts cutting now on one side of groin I have long cut space a it had made large cut in the circular shape I consult two doctors they recommend medicines also with tubes but all in vain sir please help me recommend mein proper medicines .except that I have red rashes on scrotum sacs and penis also sir it is itching very much sir please help me.
