I am 29 years old male. I am suffering from diabetes since last 3 years. I want to control my diabetes through exercise & diet. What is the better exercise for me running or walking. I am following my routine as follows--
4.30 am -- wake up everyday & take a cup of green tea with a bcuit do exrcs (running, asanas etc)
7.30 am -- milk tea with bcuit
9.30 am -- rice, dal & veg.
1.30 pm -- 2 roti, veg
4.30 pm -- red tea with light food
7.00 pm -- fruits, grams etc.
9.30 pm -- 2 roti, dal, veg.
