I am not getting complete motion early morning after having good break fast at 9.00 am able to get complete motion. And when I eat any spicy food some irritation while going motion.

Take 2-3 glasses of warm water with lemon and honey, when you get up in morning. Go for a walk. Take a cup of tea. During the day take salads, fresh fruits in plenty. Drink at least 2 lts of water daily. Take a cup of hot milk before going to bed. You can also take isabgol with milk. Avoid taking any medicine as they are habit forming.
