Hi Sir, I am 27 year old male. A year back I had a ligament tear while playing soccer, my doctor told me to let it heal naturally, However its still unstable. I thought it healed but recently I think I teared again. I would like to buy a supporter for knee. Kindly suggest me a good knee supporter and please let me know in case I need to undergo a surgery.
