I want to have muscular body. But I have less mass in my body. So what should I do. Should I go to gym or something else and what diet should I take.

Hello, To increase muscle mass you should have quality protein in diet. 1 gm of protein per kg body weight. Choose protein from egg whites, milk, lean meat, legumes, pulses, nuts. Drink good amount of water to hydrate your muscles. Now choose weight training and strengthening exercises. Hope this helps you. Stay healthy stay fit?
