Hi I am 20 years old nd as we al know as we grow there r. Lots of change in our body which my also lead us unfit as wel as fast food too please tell me which routine should I follow to stay fit every tym.

Take small nd frequent meals ...include milk and products , paneer,egg , roasted channa, soup , .. do strach exercise .... do any physical activity... take 1 fruit daily....
