We used condoms and to be sure I took i-pill as well .an within 9 days after having sex I got my period .but this month my period has not yet happened. Its late by ten days .is there any chance I am pregnant ? I suffer from thyroid as well and I have missed many a times before so could it be because of my high TSH level?

if you got periods after I pill and not had sex after that then chance of pregnancy is nil. it may be due to thyroid you not got periods or only be i pill which is a hormonal tab which imbalance al hormonal levels

Hi lybrate-user delayed period could be because of hormonal imbalance that is due to deranged thyroid levels. Please get a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. Mostly it would be negative only as you used double protection.
