Endometrium is thickened & hyperechoic (ET -- 17-18 mm.). Suggested Histopathological examination. HB - 8.60 gm% due to excess bleeding last period 17-29. Now 11-15 period bleeding is less than last period. Generally HB is 11gm%. What should we do. She is advised by Ayurveda : Amrit Juice, Pari Kalap & Green More of Moral Company. Is it right.

You will require endometrial biopsy or D and C and histopathological examination of the thickened endometrium.The Ayurvedic treatment you are taking will help to reduce bleeding but the cause for the bleeding can be found out only by HPE.

this thing should not be taken lightly. get done diagnostic d and c. and hpr of it. if it comes normal then ok. other wise need to go long treatment. as it increases in cancer so don't take it lightly

Hello I think you should continue with ayurvedic management and simultaneously go for histopathological examination to rule out the cause. Its report will give direction to the treatment.
