I am suffering from too much body weight. 175 cm is my height and my body weight is 125 kg. However I am not taking tea, milk, sweets, any soft drink etc. I am not suffering from any sugar problem /thyroid /uric acid etc. My diet is normal two roti, one small bowl of dal rice and veg curry twice in a day . No evening breakfast. I follow veg diet. I am not doing any exercise.
