I have been working in night shifts since 2012. I generally sleep at around 4 am everyday. However I frequently wake during my sleep. As a result I don't feel active throughout my working hours and sometimes feel very week. Also I have put on weight and even more after my marriage though I got married a year back. Please suggest.
