Tell me some vegetarian food items which are rich in protein I have searched on google but I want some authentic items and I am going for Gym so I want to grow my muscles.

Legumes and nuts are the best source for protein e.g. Rajma, green gram, Bengal gram, soya bean and tofu and paneer are the richest source of vegetable protein. If you take then daily they will benefit u. U can also take good quantity of curd and green leafy vegetables.
