Hi, Usually I have my spinal cord pain and will feel hard pain continuously. Is there any solution for it? Have consulted many doctors but no change. If you can give any suggestion I will be thankful.

Apply hot fomentation Take care of your posture Avoid slouched posture While sitting your back should be well supported Use foot rest while sitting Avoid bending forward Avoid long standing Do back isometrics- lie down & keep a towel roll under your lower back; press it downwards, hold for 3sec then relax, 10 repetitions twice daily Do bridging- lie down, fold your knees, lift your back upwards, hold for 3sec then relax, 10 repetitions twice daily
