Dear lybrate user... You are allowing the stress to overpower your ability to study. In this context I would suggest you to divide your study material in such a way that you keep only 2 hours a day for the first week. Gradually increase it to 3 hours a day the next week and go on increasing it every week, till you feel that its the optimal time to study a day. What mistake we usually make is that when we start we start with a high expectation with ourselves and thus we try to study 8 to 10 hours a day from the beginning. But actually what happens is that we study for 8 to 10 hours on 1st day and may be the 2nd day, but then we start loosing concentration and we read less than 8 on 3rd. Once we lag behind we start to ponder as to how we are going to finish on time and then we loose hopes. So as to avoid this I would suggest you to start slow and then gradually increase the time of study so as to let yourself adapt to the study time.Do not look at the syllabus and ponder as to how much is left, rather just divide what you have to study in a week and go start it without thinking as to how you will compete with others. Always during the study time you should keep rest other distractions off like online chats etc and in between the study time keep some fixed time for getting fresh air outside or listening music, whatever interests you. Have a healthy diet and never have it in a hurry. Always try not to ponder over things but rather to start with it as soon as possible. If you have any other query feel free to enquire. All the best to you.
