My Dad got a paralysis attack in year 2006 . He is fine now his blood pressure is normal not because of medicines but generally also. He is 62 years old now, Can he still take medicine named met first xl 25 which is apparently medicine for high bp . Request your advice please.

Hi, try to skip medicine slowly if condition doestnt get better, then you have to take it regularly or you can start homepathy medicines also, consult a homeopath nearby.

hello lybrate user...As your Pt taking met XL 25...those who has started it....it must have certain reason...so keep it up...it not only hypertensive also keeps heart rhythm regular and under control .... in case his bp goes up ,he may suffer again with same complaints Try Homeopathic meds for Same side by Side... good day
