With smoking our muscles get week and we can say that the aging process gets faster. So my first advice for you is to quit smoking. Dear lybrate-user, I am not clear whether you have pimples and they leave scars like black heads. If it is so, it is common in boys during adolescence. In few months time your hormone levels will settle down and the pimples will disappear. 5'9" is a good height for an indian. You are doing exercises and quit smoking. Both will help if you have some more months of growth. If the bones have fused fully, you have accept yourself as 5'9" and plan for cosmetic changes to show that you are taller.
