I am not able to workout .whenever I start workout I fell to much weakness .and sometimes hangover feeling. And I get much energy eat green fruits. But the condition is same . My short diet plan is (morning 6 am.(drink water with honey) (on 10 am three chapate 1 egg and green vegetable ) (on 2 am 2 chapate with pulse ) evening 5 am siclor and after 1 hour I start workout but I fell to much weakness .suggest me what I do to get fell much energetic.
