Hello, first of all get your bone density test and vitamin d level test. Take five phos 6x, 5 tabs twice daily. You should add these things to your diet:- milk, cheese and other dairy foods. Green leafy vegetables, such as broccoli, cabbage and okra, but not spinach. Soya beans. Tofu. Soya drinks with added calcium. Nuts. Bread and anything made with fortified flour. Fish.
