Will drinking 2glass of water in free stomach in the morning will help us to become fat? I want to increase my fat and gain some weight. Will it help me? Doctor please help me.

Hi Lybrate User, Drinking water is good for health but will not increase weight as such. To increase weight... you need to eat healthy. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. Go in for more dals, rajma, kabuli chana. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid fried foods. Eat healthy Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.
