I skip my lunch, does every workout, jogging, walking every possible way I could do, 2 reduce my weight but nothing workout instead I gain more n more weight even after all my effort. Hi lybrate user. I think you are taking a wrong approach to diet/ dieting. When you skip lunch / stay hungry. You tend to eat more later on. So please do not stay hungry. # from now on start eating small meals / fruits / salads every 2 hours. # you have to eat small stuff regularly. Do not diet or skip meals. # have breakfast. Substitute high cal food with fruits and salads # have more proteins $ as for exercise. Make your exercise. More intensive. When I say intensive it means. Your pulse rate should be between 120-140 for at least 30 minutes during a 60 mins session. This has to be treadmill @ speed of 8. Or jogging in the park/roads. Don't give up hope. Try to change your meal habits. Go for natural. Go for boiled. Go for more activity. Don't stay hungry. Try it and you can consult privately if you want.

Have you done hormonal tests, including thyroid function tests. Skipping lunch is a bad ides, you need to have small spaced low calorie meals. Eating 6 times a day 1/4th tummy will also help in weight loss. Also there are genetic factors, is there obesity in your family? if so, despite all these measures, sometimes it can not be helped.
