I have a low sperm count 5million (azoospermia) the cause of it is due to varicocele after several treatments doctor advised for ICSI it was successful and we have a 3 year old child, but this procedure is very costly, hence can we go for a second child without this, is there any medicine to increase sperm count and motility, my wife is 38 and me 45, is it possible to have a second child without ART at this age. Please advise.
