I am 20 years old boy. Studying in college. From childhood I am so thin. I've taken many treatment and advice but not get result. My height is 170 cm and due to compare height my weight is only 43 kgs. My chest is only 30 inches and arm is only 9 so You can guess how much I am weak Now a days I've joined Gym. Every morning I am going there. My daily food items are 500 ml milk, 6 banana, 15 Roties, A full bowl chaval and 2 Eggs in week. I want to raise my weight speedily and Bulk body chest and become healthy man. So suggest me which food items I've to take and how much. If any supplements are there also suggest please. If you can describe by daily please I'll be thankful to you.
