I have some black marks on the inner teeth. Presently there is no pain ,should I need to take any medication.

The black marks mostly is a cavity developing in the teeth or stains from foodstuff. If it is a cavity it is better to get a filling done and not decay the tooth any more.

if it's just external stains these can be cleaned, but if done cavity is there you will have to go for fillings..
