I am menopausal and would like to lose 10 kg which is very difficult. Can you suggest some herb or medicine as with weight other health issues have aggravated.

take warm water 3-4 times in a day...starts with empty stomach. take more salad...cabbage cucumber carrots... take a diet rich in fibres and vitamin C ....less carbohydrates and fats and proteins Do jogging or fast walking for Atleast 1hr daily. follow for 2 months for good result.
