Hi welcome - I advice to go with high carbs like more cereals, enrihed with quality protein like organic or plant sources, dairy foods, also sleep more 8 hours, green vegetables, fruits 2-4 pcs. are helpful for you. timely working, eating & activities can make fit always. Also yoga can help you additionally. Further if you feel weak then can add PROTIENX with lukewarm water or milk.

Dear Lybrate User, Right now you are in growing age.. At this age body spends more energy in vertical growth hence you may be a bit thin. It does not mean you are weak. Never say that you are weak physically or mentally. Always believe that you are strong. You can do exercises like pushups, running, games etc regularly and build your strength. Aim to be fit and strong. Don't look for bulk. Don't compare with others. Eat healthy food. Cheese, Paneer, Dals, Almonds, Peanuts Have lots of fruits and vegetables. Don't skip meals. Avoid junk food... avoid Colas. Stay fit Stay positive.
