Hi welxome - I advice to have less junk, spicy, garam masala, too much carbs mainly rice or fried rice. Add more fibres, whole fruits whole green vegetables, greens, have clean your bwoels, sleep 7 hours tightly, add 1-2 free hand exercises, be always dyna, ic & take more water, less oil, more fibres. 40- 60gm.
