If you want to loose weight you should take raw egg once in morning only. Better you stop taking eggs.

Hi You can take only one boiled egg a day in breakfast. This will give good nutrition specially Proteins. However eating an egg does not help in any weight loss. For weight loss you need to reduce intake of high calory foods and replace them with Fruits and Vegs/ Salads.
