Hello- As you are asking about yoga postures, I am going to tell what ayurveda has to say on your question. Ayurveda states that any kind of physical exertion yoga/exercise/running can obstruct the flow of menses and can cause the re-absorption of the toxic menstrual blood in the body causing gynecological problems (like PCOD, fibroid) or skin problems. Due to over sensitive nature of uterus at the time of bleeding, improper dietary intake such as fast foods ,spicy foods etc also can cause problems in future. So I advice you not do yoga/exercise during your menses.
