I am female age is 26 and I take 2 liters water in a day, is this fine or I have to reduced or drink more. I have one more query. Is it compulsory that sweat must come in our body. Becoz I dont get sweat in my body.

No need to decrease water intake. 2 to 3litre per day is required. For sweating go for thyroid testing.
