My blood test reports show ldl cholesterol 148 and s cholesterol 220. Triglycerides is 120. Do I need to Start medicine or lower my cholesterol down by controlling diet and workout?

Hi you should first start by controlling your diet. Increase fibres in your first and reduce on oil, ghee and butter. You also should do walks for about half an hour everyday. Regarding medicine, you can take homeopathy to reduce cholesterol levels. Take cholesterinum 3x, of schwabe india, 1 tablet 3 times a day. Follow this for 3 months, and then redo the test.
