Include food which are rich in iron in your regular meals. Such foods include: dark green leafy vegetables, dates, jaggery, raisins, nuts, legumes, pulses, etc. Increase your intake of vitamin c rich foods such as berries, sweet lime, orange, etc. Vitamin c help is increasing absorption rate of iron in body.

Hi, Please follow these tips: - Consume plenty of green leafy vegetables like spinach, methi, broccoli, beetroot, drumsticks, brinjal, carrot, tomatoes, etc. - Consume fruits like apple, dry fruits like dry grapes, dates, fig, almonds, walnuts, pista, etc. - Intake of citrus fruits like oranges, musambi helps to increase the absorption of iron as it contains vit.C.
