I don't feel active whole day, I sleep late and woke up also late. What should I do ?

you should sleep at 11 pm maximum and wake at 6 am ... our body also having a clock so it's a best time for sleep so that our body refresh and recover for our work..... Try to sleep at 11pm one week you vill cope wid sm problem but after 1 week it become your routine firstly silent your cell before sleep....
