Sir, I want to increase my weight, so I am drinking milk since 5 days by adding oats , jaggery while boiling n later I am also adding honey to it. But my friend told that drinking milk by those ingredients cause to weight loss. Is it real.

These things may not directly cause weight gain or loss. The calories does count. One should gain weight naturally and not by over eating or eating unnatural / junk food / or using supplements when not required. Exercise daily and eat regular diet which should be filled with all the ingredients like proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals.
