I am playing football everyday 2 times for almost 40 minutes and I drink 4 to 5 litres water .still my weight got stuck on 100 .neither I am going weight ,nor I am losing .can any one suggest me .how to lose weight in such situation?

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Go for swimming, gardening, jogging, skipping, cycling. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food.
