My weight is just 44 kgs and my age is 20 years. So what I have to eat to gain my weight? I don't feel hungry that much? I have a small tummy.

Each body is different. You should not compare with others. Aim is to be strong and fit. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. Go in for more dals, rajma, kabuli chana. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid fried foods. Eat healthy Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.
