I want to try the whey protein as I do heavy workout everyday. How is it? Does it have any side-effects?

Dear lybrate user, it's not necessary to take whey protein because you can take protein by eating grams etc. Cheese, sprouts, green moong soyabeans etc. It will be better if you take boiled eggs green veg smoothy nuts cheese soyabeans sprouts etc. Whic gas no side effects. Our body produces everything you can go for test of protein, if it is less you can take the above mentioned hinges.
