In the morning Just after I wake up, everyday I feel pain to walk in back of my ankle. After few steps its all ok. My mom (age 54) also feels the same. Only difference is whenever she presses her ankle through out the day, she feels much pain. Any suggestions? Even Ayurveda treatment will be ok.

Achilles tendon stiff so do calf stretching outwards with ankle and do hot fermentation and mobilise ur ankle in all direction.
